No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services— which involve personalized time, strategy, and effort — April Kensington LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services, sessions, programs, and packages purchased through our website or via direct engagement, or service agreements.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Coaching sessions (individual or group)

Consulting services

Marketing strategy packages

Professional development programs

Digital products or downloadable resources (if offered)

Rescheduling or Transfers
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a coaching or consulting session, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of that session without refund.

If you are unable to attend a session or program, you may request to transfer your spot to another eligible individual, subject to approval.

Chargebacks and Disputes
